Our Impact
OMG supports disengaged and marginalised young people to stay in education, gain their first qualifications and move away from gangs, crime and long-term unemployment, helping them build safer, more secure futures. We combine creative, music and film-based learning, personalised mentoring and intensive pastoral support to transform confidence, wellbeing and life chances for hundreds of young Londoners each year.
Our Mission
OMG’s mission is to positively transform the lives of disadvantaged and marginalised young people through education, training and mentoring that is built around their individual needs. We use creativity, music and industry-focused learning as a gateway to re‑engage them in education, protect their rights, reduce inequality and equip them with the skills, confidence and support they need to thrive in work and life.
